Order Fulfillment Time
We are the manufacturer of Otmęt brand shoes, handcrafted using traditional methods. All orders placed through the online store are fulfilled through the individual production of the selected shoe model, allowing us to deliver unique configurations and shoes with custom sizes that cannot be purchased anywhere else but in our store.
The time to receive your shipment = order fulfillment time + delivery time.
Order delivery is typically completed within 10–14 business days. This includes the time required for payment processing, crafting the shoes, preparing the order, and delivery to the specified address.
What to do if your order hasn’t arrived
If your order does not arrive at the specified address within 14 days and the courier has not contacted you about the delivery, please inform us immediately. This will allow us to quickly check the shipment's status and, if necessary, initiate a search request. We will provide further guidance on the next steps.
