Instruction on Withdrawal from the Sales Agreement
(Information regarding the exercise of the right to withdraw from the sales agreement)
Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 100 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 100 days from the day:
on which you acquire possession of the item(s), or in the case of an agreement covering the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately, on the day you acquire possession of the last item; or,
on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the item(s), or in the case of an agreement covering the transfer of ownership of items delivered in parts or batches, on the day you acquire possession of the last batch or part.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the agreement, the footwear should be returned to the following address:

Please include the proof of purchase (receipt) and a withdrawal form specifying the bank account number for the refund.
You may use the withdrawal form template, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of your intention to exercise the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal from the Agreement
In the event of withdrawal from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method that is other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without delay, and in any case no later than 14 business days. Refunds will be made to the account number you specify, unless you have explicitly agreed to another arrangement. In any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide proof of its return, whichever occurs first, in cases where the agreement pertains to the sale of goods.
If the agreement pertains to the purchase of goods, please return or hand over the item to us at Otmęt-Zbyt Sp. z o. o., ul. Kilińskiego 1, 47-303 Krapkowice, without delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the item.
You are only liable for a reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use in a manner other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
